Mike Mounce Construction, LLC is located in Cuba, Missouri. Their office is open by appointment. Mike has been in the homebuilding industry for over 25 years in the state of Missouri as well as other states, building custom homes, log homes, timber frame homes, weekend homes, cabins, hunting lodges and retreats. Mike's goal is to meet your expectations for the home of your dreams.

Mike is a third generation builder. His grandfather started building log homes in Montana in the early 1950's and Mike's father was a union custom home builder in St. Louis for many years. Mike enjoys building homes; it's a way of life to him. No home is too small or too tall.

Mike Mounce Construction is fully insured and is a member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in Washington, DC and a member of the Cuba Chamber of Commerce. Mike recently had the opportunity to sit with former President George H.W. Bush in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Bush spoke on the housing industry and what is expected in the future for home building.

The company owns and operates various types of equipment to ensure that the work is done in a timely manner. Mike stays in close touch with the homeowner during the entire process of building their new home from clearing and excavation to the time they move in. All work is performed in a professional manner and will meet local building codes to insure a safe and healthy home.
